Returns Policy

Our returns and refunds policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date unfortunately you cannot return any of your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from dog hair and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. Please note all sale items are not refundable. If you receive a faulty item please email us within 7 days to let us know and we will try our best to send out the same item or if not offer you a refund.

Shipping

Uk deliveries:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Please allow up to ten days for your order to arrive.

International orders:

Shipping is also calculated at checkout for international orders based on weight and country. We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges for orders outside of the UK.
