Returns and refunds policy

Our returns and refunds policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date unfortunately you cannot return any of your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from dog hair and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.


Please note all sale items are not refundable.

If you receive a faulty item please email us within 7 days to let us know and we will try our best to send out the same item or if not offer you a refund.


Returns process:

Please pack your return item with a note of your order number, name and address.

Please return to the address below: (Will be provided once return is approved)



Once we receive your return and we have inspected the items, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your item and we will let you know whether we have accepted or rejected your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be made and a credit will automatically be made to your original payment method.


Sale items

Unfortunately only products purchased at full cost can be returned to us, we do not accept returns on any sale items.



You are responsible for paying for any shipping costs to return your items back to us. Shipping costs for your items are non-refundable.
