All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.  You will emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to

process your order.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Please allow up to ten days for your order to arrive.

 

International orders:

Shipping is also calculated at checkout for international orders based on weight and country.

We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges for orders outside of the UK.

 

Missing orders:

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquires to missing orders.

No shipping costs are refunded at any time.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

No accessory is indestructible, please always check your dogs accessories for wear and tear. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product/ accessory is suitable for their pet.

Our accessories are suitable for daily use by domestic pets.

Print colours may vary across products and accessories on each range due to different fabrics used for each item. Designs are made as a repeat pattern so each harness will be unique and may differ.

Buyers must ensure they have purchased the correct sizes for their pets by using the size guides available. We are not responsible for any wrong size being purchased.

We recommend washing products by hand and laying flat to dry.
